Brian Dunn, President

Brian Dunn currently serves as the Community Pastor at StoneBridge Church in The Woodlands where he has been for the last 15 year serving in various roles. Brian graduated from Georgia Tech in Industrial Engineering, and later received his Masters of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Brian is passionate about serving the community and seeing communities transformed with the love of Christ.  Brian and his wife are also proud adoptive parents and advocates in the community for serving children and orphans.


Dr. John Buck, Board Member

Dr. Buck is a founding partner, member of the board of directors and President of Emerus Holdings Inc. With more than 18 years of health care experience as a physician and organizational leader, Buck oversees strategy, regulatory guidance, leadership development and partner relations. Previously, Dr. Buck has held the position of CEO of Cypress Creek Emergency Center and staff physician with Methodist Health System, Willowbrook. Buck served as an emergency room physician with the U.S. Air Force at Keesler Air Force base in Mississippi and holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas, Dallas, a Medical Degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio and served his residency in emergency medicine at Scott & White, Temple, TX.

Craig Charbonnet, Board Member

Shortly after graduating from Louisiana State University in December of 1979, Craig Charbonnet commenced his career as a professional landman, working as an independent throughout the State of Louisiana. In 1981, Craig moved to Houston and began working as an in-house landman with Marathon Oil Company. During that time, he handled all phases of onshore mineral and surface land work. In November of 1989, Craig accepted a position with Plains Resources, Inc. as Land Manager – Exploration focusing on exploration ventures of all sizes as well as acquisition and exploitation of producing assets. In April of 1994, Craig commenced his career as an independent and founded Craig S. Charbonnet, Inc., known today as Charbonnet Land. Since its founding, Charbonnet Land has flourished and become known as a standard of excellence in providing land services to the industry.


Dr. Jay Gross, Board Member

Dr. Gross was born and raised in Groves, Texas.  He committed his life to Christ at the age of six years, and then at eleven surrendered to what he refers to as a “Samuel call” to the ministry.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston at Clear Lake, and earned the Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. After seminary he took his first pastorate in 1980 and has since been pastor of five churches in Texas.  He is currently the Senior Pastor of West Conroe Baptist Church in Conroe, Texas.  Dr. Gross married his childhood sweetheart, Dianna Stroud, in 1974.  They have two grown children, Jonathan and Jennifer, and her husband, Jamie, who serves on staff at Lake Church in Rockwall, Texas.  His life verses from Scripture are Philippians 3:12-14

Terri Jaggers, Executive Director and Board Member

After completing her Bachelors degree from the University of Houston, she went on to receive her Master’s degree in communication Studies from Sam Houston State University where she bleeds orange and white now as a faculty member.  She comes to Hope’s Path with a long list of personal and professional accomplishments that demonstrates her passion for the future of Texas and Texas foster children.  Terri and her husband Pat have been married for 31 years and have been foster, kinship and adoptive parents.  U.S. Congressman Kevin Brady is quoted as calling Terri, "the JJ Watt of Texas foster care".


Richard Morehouse, Discipleship Director

For over 25 years, Richard Morehouse has served in Project Leadership within the Healthcare and most recently in the Oil & Gas industries. Over time, Richard took his leadership tenure, and applied the work and life skills towards mentoring and teaching other colleagues and resources about Leadership and Relationship Management.

After spending most of his life in the Midwest, Richard and his family moved to Spring Texas in 2012. Through the church they now attend, there soon developed a desire for missions ministry, outreach, and discipleship. Much of the focus was placed on missions ministry abroad and outreach to the homeless. Thus, led his commitment to serve young men who are aging out from the foster program. "I see this as a God given direction to serve, to love, and to disciple young men". Richard currently serves as a Missions Advocate and as Elder at Northside Christian Church in Spring Texas.
