Brian Dunn, President

Brian Dunn currently serves as the Community Pastor at StoneBridge Church in The Woodlands where he has been for the last 15 year serving in various roles. Brian graduated from Georgia Tech in Industrial Engineering, and later received his Masters of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Brian is passionate about serving the community and seeing communities transformed with the love of Christ.  Brian and his wife are also proud adoptive parents and advocates in the community for serving children and orphans.


Dr. John Buck, Board Member

Dr. Buck is a founding partner, member of the board of directors and President of Emerus Holdings Inc. With more than 18 years of health care experience as a physician and organizational leader, Buck oversees strategy, regulatory guidance, leadership development and partner relations. Previously, Dr. Buck has held the position of CEO of Cypress Creek Emergency Center and staff physician with Methodist Health System, Willowbrook. Buck served as an emergency room physician with the U.S. Air Force at Keesler Air Force base in Mississippi and holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas, Dallas, a Medical Degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio and served his residency in emergency medicine at Scott & White, Temple, TX.

Craig Charbonnet, Board Member

Shortly after graduating from Louisiana State University in December of 1979, Craig Charbonnet commenced his career as a professional landman, working as an independent throughout the State of Louisiana. In 1981, Craig moved to Houston and began working as an in-house landman with Marathon Oil Company. During that time, he handled all phases of onshore mineral and surface land work. In November of 1989, Craig accepted a position with Plains Resources, Inc. as Land Manager – Exploration focusing on exploration ventures of all sizes as well as acquisition and exploitation of producing assets. In April of 1994, Craig commenced his career as an independent and founded Craig S. Charbonnet, Inc., known today as Charbonnet Land. Since its founding, Charbonnet Land has flourished and become known as a standard of excellence in providing land services to the industry.

Terri Jaggers, Executive Director and Board Member

After completing her Bachelors degree from the University of Houston, she went on to receive her Master’s degree in communication Studies from Sam Houston State University where she bleeds orange and white now as a faculty member.  She comes to Hope’s Path with a long list of personal and professional accomplishments that demonstrates her passion for the future of Texas and Texas foster children.  Terri and her husband Pat have been married for 31 years and have been foster, kinship and adoptive parents.  U.S. Congressman Kevin Brady is quoted as calling Terri, "the JJ Watt of Texas foster care".

Jeremiah Belyeu, Program Director

Jeremiah Belyeu currently serves as the Program Director for Hope's Path and brings 14+ years of experience working with at risk youth and young adults.  Jeremiah graduated from Southwestern A/G University in 2005 majoring in Church Ministries and served as licensed Youth Minister with the Assemblies of God.  Jeremiah began working with homeless youth and young adults while participating in the Americorp Program and has continued his work as in various roles at Covenant House TX and overseeing programs and services as Manager of Teen's Services at the Star of Hope Mission's Emergency Shelter & Transitional Living Center.  In 2008 Jeremiah became a foster parent with Depelchin Children's Center and was recognized by the Texas Foster Family Association as the 2012 Single Foster Parent of the Year for his work with the five young men who he fostered and helped to transition out of care. Jeremiah continues to be very involved with ministry both mentoring young adults and periodically traveling to speak at youth conferences and trainings for Youth Workers. Jeremiah is also passionate about his community and serves as a CARES Team member for his apartment community and a board member for Disciples of Love, an organization dedicated to sponsoring orphans and spreading the love of Christ around the world.
