Torrey, an intern at Hope’s Path, shares part of his story…
Our Program
Program Overview
Hope’s Path is a structured residential program with daily oversight and guidance from Hope’s Path staff, mentors, and volunteers. It is the responsibility of each young man (intern) to plan and work on their goals while playing a role in the greater community.
Each intern in the program will be on a different and unique path; however, they will respect, care for, and encourage each other along the way. Typically, an intern will be in our program for about two years. However, we know that each young man is different, and therefore, our program does not have a hard-fixed timeline; rather, we monitor each intern’s development towards their goals as benchmarks.

Our Program Focuses On A Strong Foundation With Three Pillars.
- Spiritual (Christ-focused) Foundation – Christ is our foundation and the first of our four pillars. Everything throughout all the other pillars filters through biblical principles.
- Personal Pillar – Where we focus on life skills for independent living, such as chores, family meal cooking, obtaining a driver’s license, etc.
- Career Pillar – Hope’s Path encourages getting an education that launches them into a sustainable career whether that be at a trade school or a 4-year institution. We also assist with job placement.
- Financial Pillar – We teach basic financial skills, such as budgeting, how to save, how to buy a car, and pay rent.
