Triplex Project

Triplex Transition Housing:

A Milestone Achieved

As Hope’s Path has grown and seen continued success, the demand for our services has increased—making expanded housing essential.

We are excited to share that our Triplex Transition Housing project is now complete and ready for occupancy, marking a major milestone in the growth of our ministry.

Built on our existing two-acre campus, the new triplex apartment building provides a critical next step for program graduates as they transition from supported living to true independence.

This expansion allows Hope’s Path to grow from 10 interns to 13, representing a 30% increase in capacity.

Each apartment is designed to reflect real-world independent living. Graduates sign their own lease agreements, each unit is individually metered, and residents are responsible for paying their own utilities—allowing them to build financial responsibility and establish a legitimate rental history—while still receiving support from Hope’s Path staff as needed.

This project represents Hope’s Path’s first major expansion, made possible through the leadership of Board Director Roman Walley, a dedicated volunteer development team, and the support of our generous community.

What began as a vision in late 2022 is now a reality.

The triplex serves as a vital bridge between program life and full independence, offering graduates a safe, supported environment to practice independent living while taking their final steps toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
